Taskbar in Xquartz/KDE disappears ..

Hi,
I dont know whether this is a X11 or KDE problem:
I'm running KDE 3.5.10 on XQuartz (KDE installed via fink)
and assigned Xquartz to space-2. If I switch from space-2 to
space-1 and back to space-2, then the taskbar of KDE is
disappearing (covered by the KDE-background). To bring the
taskbar to front, I have either to use expose and select the
taskbar from there, or I have to switch to another KDE
window which brings automatically the taskbar back.
Do someone knows why XQuartz mixes up the order of
the KDE windows upon switching the spaces (if this is a
XQuartz problem)?
