Hi,
This has been bugging me for a while, and I don't know what's at the root but would like to bring it up for discussion.
Several applications, which open multiple windows, have a bad habit of switching spaces upon opening of the second window. This generally happens when an error window or other ancillary dialog is opened, but for one application, it's just when it opens a second window.
So what I end up with is that I get moved to a different space suddenly and have to go back to the first space. The second window does not even have to open in the new space.
It happens every time with two apps that I use a lot, but they are not common. It happened just now with ImageMagick's display command, when I opened a file, then try to open a second file and click "cancel". But it is not happening a second time.
So I guess the first question is, are others having this problem? Is it a known issue?
