From your log entries I see a lot of unexpected end of file (EOF) errors. You could have disk directory
damage. I would boot from the installer CD and run disk utility or start up in single user mode and run fsck -fy. Reinstall X11 and in Terminal.app delete any .serverauth. files in your home directory: rm -i ~/.serverauth.* (the -i makes the system ask you to confirm deleting each file)
