Well, there's nothing here worth reporting at this point.
The auto-update issue is something that won't be fixed. You're changing the bundle ID to have multiple X servers which is certainly something supported, but not for an auto-update mechanism. If you want to distribute something like this, then I suggest you build the server yourself and package that.
The Spaces/Exposé issues already have plenty of bugs filed for them.
The transparency, you're free to file since I dont't think there is an existing bug specifically for that, but it should "just work" once COMPOSITE is done (which is already an existing bug report).
