The main reason to use XAppleWMFrameDraw() is quite simple: to
*not* have to use TWM (i.e. _any_ X11-WM running in XQuartz
environment) to decorate managed foreign X11-clients, and its own
graphical elements at their "topmost level".
And particularly the coregraphics functionality offered through
XAppleWMFrameDraw() exactly seems to support this great design
principle: decorate a top-level X11-window, managed by a WM or not,
on Aqua users desktop in aesthetically consistent look.
So the discovered issues appear to one in one way or another in all
X11-window-decoration-by-XAppleWMFrameDraw()-related contexts.
