XQuartz 2.7.3_rc1 is available for download. You should be able to get it from the X11 menu if you are subscribed to the beta update channel, or you can download it from the link in the wiki:

2.7.3 is a bugfix release primarily focused on regressions experienced either with Mountain Lion or recent XQuartz releases.
This release candidate should fix all of the known Mountain Lion issues including menu glitches and X11 forwarding. For X11 forwarding, make sure you also have the latest version of XQuartz installed on the remote side if the remote is running Mountain Lion.
