Darn.  It wasn't *specifically* targeted, but I was expecting that it had the same underlying issue as the menubar glitch.  Can you please confirm that the menubar is working (it properly switches to X11 on cmd-tab or using the dock icon) but you're still experiencing this issue of switching to another space when clicking on a window?

This should be taken care of within the server itself by marking the windows as unhittable.  I will try to reproduce this.  Can you please confirm that this is indeed a Mountain Lion regression and not an XQuartz 2.7.2 regression?  I really don't see what would be ML specific about this, so I want to make sure I'm focusing on the right culprit.
