Does someone have an applescript or equiv for an emacs.app that will start up an X11 Emacs, so that it can be associated with assorted source code and etc ("open with emacs.app")?
I can find plenty of examples that start the "unix" emacs using terminal, or that start macside aquaMacs or similar from a shell, but … those are not quite what I'm looking for. My sense of frugality insists that I not install a completely separate emacs "stack."
It need not actually start X; I've got that running anyway. And I've already got an X11 emacs that I'm happy with…
(This should be a trivial bit of applescript, right?)
Thanks
Bill W
