Hmmm, I've never noticed this. I have an HDMI switch on my TV, to allow
me to have either cable or my Mac Mini (for Netflix) as its source. I
routinely switch between the two, and have never seen workspaces get
rearranged. I HAVE seen it switch from whatever workspace it's in
to the one that the browser that launches Netflix is in, but that's it.
