Thanks a lot, Jeremy. I almost have it working. My only remaining problem is that my apps based on Motif are failing because of this ticket: https://trac.macports.org/ticket/45712?cversion=0&cnum_hist=16
If I'm reading that discussion correctly, there was created some libXt variant as a workaround, which should fix the issue. But, how is that variant installed? Should I rebuild the complete xorg package and its dependencies after installing such libXt variant (it took about a day for building the complete XQuartz on this G5 iMac 8-}
BTW, as a side comment, I had to install release 93867 of quartz-wm. From the latest ones, it's the only one which seems to install on Tiger (the issue about unknown commands, which was supposedly fixed, is happening again, but 93867 works). Yes, I know Tiger is about to disappear and there might not be any interest on fixing this, but I just tell it in case it helps.
Thanks a lot!!
