Hi Pierre,

in the Terminal I just get:

"bash-3.2$ ssh -X email@hidden
email@hidden's password:

And the gui for my app does not start. OS X Terminal:

"Last login: Sun Jul 16 16:54:43 on console

-bash: fg: %: no such job

DerChefMB:~ Bugday$ open -a /Applications/Utilities/XQuartz.app/"

I'll send also a screenshot in which you can see that the application does not
start and also xeyes is not visualized as it should be.

Without connecting to the server xeyes works fine. Also xclock works, but after
connecting nothing works.

Hola,

try to launch « XQuartz » in a terminal with :
% open -a /Applications/Utilities/XQuartz.app

and send us the messages printed in terminal. And/or take a look in « Console »
application…

Best Wishes

Hello,

ssh -x or ssh -y does not work for me. XQuartz does not show me my application
which i want to start. It does not start.

With other OS like linux or windows it works, so it is not a server based
problem.

I tried to start xeyes testwise on server, this does not work also. It starts,
but it does not show me the eyes. When I start xeyes without connecting to
server, it works. So something is wrong with connection and XQuartz config I
guess, but I dont know what exactly.

I tried everything also on XQuartz Terminal, still nothing works.

I am using current updates of Sierra.

Need fast help!
