Another tip that helps the Apple folks... use the radar URI for radar
bugs when mentioning them in e-mails. Apple folks can click on
something like rdar://12345678 and have it open right in their internal
Radar app.
Maybe by saving that Apple engineer eight seconds he or she will fix
your bug ;-)
