I disabled indexing last night and now this morning I can still run my
WO apps from within Xcode! First good news in a while.
As there is no CodeSense in Xcode for java and as I use ant to build I
really don't see what indexing could offer me anyway.
At least for now I don't need to have it on. Now I can type stuff and
actually do some work (which is a mixed blessing).
I'm still not sure what was the point of Xcode anyway.

I have suggested via bug reports in the past that Xcode should do
indexing in a separate, low priority, thread. I believe they are
planning on doing that (or something similar) at some point.
How about not doing any indexing at all? I've never seen any other IDE
do this,
so either they're not doing it, or they're doing it in a much
nicer/faster way.
Why the heck do we need indexing anyway? People have reported turning
it off
completely without noticeable side effects.
