There's an annoying bug in Xcode

I keep getting an annoying bug in Xcode where my inspector and get info
windows will no longer be viewable unless I delete the com.apple.xcode.plist
file.  There is a key related to the inspector window bounds that gets
corrupted it seems.

Any clue if this is already known by apple?
