Cannot Debug with XCode

  • Subject: Cannot Debug with XCode

Using the development phase to build and debug a carbon app,
The debugger fails with the message :

/SourceCache/gdb/gdb-308/src/gdb/macosx/cached-symfile.c:718:
internal-error:
relocation was not in valid range
A problem internal to GDB has been detected. Further
debugging may prove unreliable.
The Debugger has exited with status 1.The Debugger has exited with status 1.

explicitely turning ON the debugging symbol generation does not fix the Pb.

Building and debugging the APPLE samples produce exactly the same effects..

(using Xcode 1.1 IDE: 294.0 Xcode Core: 294.0 ToolSupport: 292.0)

Has any one ever seen this or knows what it means ?
Is there a know bug in the GDB ??

Thanks for any help .
