Including frameworks

I'm using a third-party framework (namely, the Excelsior XML framework) and am having a bit of trouble including it in my app. According to the archives, I _think_ I need to select the framework in the Targets section of Groups & Files, Get Info, and in the "build" pane change the install path to @executable_path/../Frameworks. Unfortunately, when I Get Info on the framework target, I only have two tabs: General and Properties.
I'm probably missing something really obvious here, but I can't figure out what it is.
