Upgrading from PB - need to delete anything?

I'm currently using PB on 10.3.2 (I had PB installed prior to upgrading to Panther and luckily it kept working). Now I want to move to Xcode 1.1. Is there any PB stuff I can or even should delete before installing Xcode? Also, will I be able to build old, unconverted PB projects from the command line after I upgrade?
