Rob,
Xcode 1.1's Index Templates are in the 7K112 build, but the release
note which named them hadn't been installed until after that build was
seeded. Look in
/Developer/Extras/Xcode Index Templates/Index Templates Readme.rtf
for more information.
The ADC servers are in the staging process now. With all the new
products being pushed by Software Update, the servers have been
incredibly busy the past 48 hours; server back-end problems pulled the
Xcode Update 1.1 out last evening. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that
the Xcode downloads will be available from <http://connect.apple.com>
shortly. The ADC download site has a useful Read Me for the package as
well as more things than we can distribute effectively via Software
Update.
Stay tuned. I'll post back to the list as soon as I have notification
that the ADC downloads are available.

Is this something new in 1.1? I have the 1.1 Seed 7K112, but did not
get the official 1.1 update before it was pulled. If so, it would be
extremely helpful for people to say they're talking about the official
1.1 release so that those of us who weren't able to get it will know
that we can't play yet.
