There is a "workaround" to the build hang, sort of. First, don't edit during the build, unless you are feeling lucky. If you do hang, kill Xcode with an option-apple-esc. Now start up your project again, and click on the "blue A" project icon in the "Groups and Files" panel of the project window. Now scroll if neccessary to see if anything is checked in the "hammer" column of the viewer panel of the project window. These are the "bad boys." Compile these files manually, e.g., with the "Compile" command in the "Build" menu. Now build again and you are good-2-go.

Let us hope that Xcode 1.1.0.1 is just around the corner.
