It's (only) available from the debug menu / window / toolbar. In other
words, you can use it when you debug, but not when you "just" run.
I personally dislike drawers, and although I'm a fan of the (MIA)
single-window mode, I immediately switched to using the separate
console panel... :)
I really misses the collapsible tabs for run-/debug logs, what was so
wrong with that? I hope to see them restored (as an option if you will)
in some future version of Xcode.
