Mine's the same as Wolfgang's, out of interest. Look in
/Library/Receipts/DeveloperTools.pkg/Contents/Resources/English.lproj/Licens
e.rtf. (Also Dec2003DevToolsExtras.pkg.) I installed that pkg on the 21st.
The license says '(Seed)' at the top, and I suspect this is one of the files
that should have been changed.
