Impossible to modify the Launch Configuration settings in Executables menu

Hello,

I have a WebObjects application that I am trying to compile using Xcode.

Compiling works ok, but instead of launching the app once It has been
compiled, Xcode simply hangs there wainting for I don't know what ...

I have compared this app to other apps that I have and the main difference
seems to be the "Executables" config settings. I should normaly be able to
modify in Executable --> Launch configuration --> Launch Using ...

But this setting is blurred and impossible to access (the pop up states Not
Launchable) and the application is launchable (a webObjects app).

Is there a way to modify by hand this thing in order to activate these
settings : "Launch using", "Location", "After Launching", and "Std In/Out"
which are all blured and imposible to modify.

Any other solution will be welcome.
