Yep, me to. I did
defaults delete com.apple.xcode.PBXHelpWindowConfigurationKey
defaults delete com.apple.xcode.PBXHelpWindowContentConfiguration
defaults delete com.apple.xcode.PBXHelpWindowGeometry
and restarted XCode.

I thought of trashing my Xcode prefs, but I hate to lose my settings
and customizations. I didn't find a key in the Xcode preferences
plist that jumped out at as one to alter -- does anyone have any
suggestions on how to fix this?
