I've just added these to my list:
Can't delete Implementation and NIB File smart groups (3470897)
Upgraded Targets append quotes around File (3471172)
Extend tree views to right pane on project window (enhancement -
3471174)
I've also updated my weird files being written into build products (+
top .h file getting mysterious copied) with notes that I have a project
(small) that will do it every time.
I have to say (BTW), that I'm still pretty amazed at how solid this is
for a 1.0 release .... most of these "bugs" are just annoying but have
some sort of work around ...
