Distributed Building guidelines/benchmarks?

Hi All,
So I'm going to be upgrading to either a new powerbook 1.25 or a dual
G5 from a powerbook 667. Increased compilation speed is my top goal
for the upgrade, but since I spend probably 90% of my time coding on a
pbook via 802.11b getting the Dual G5 isn't an easy choice. I've seen
precious little information on how well the distributed building speeds
up compilation specially over 802.11b/g.
So given that the 1.25 pbook is almost exactly 2X as fast at
compilation then my current machine I'm wondering what kind of speed
bump I can expect by getting a 802.11g PCCard (maybe the 108Mbps
netgear line assuming that works with X) and the Dual G5?
Since I don't expect any easy answers to the above question can folks
who have done any kind of testing/benchmarking on the new distributed
build system post their impressions/numbers? Specially welcomed would
be anyone building over 802.11g or from a slower machine to a dual
G5...
Thanks,
---
