Overriding optimization flags for individual files?

  • Subject: Overriding optimization flags for individual files?

Is it possible to override optimization (or other compiler flags) on a per file basis?

I noticed that when showing info for a given source file, there is a tab called "Build" and then there is a text field with the caption "Additional Compiler Flags". I tried typing -fastf into it and hit enter, and it hi-lighted the line. When I closed and reopened the Info window, the Additional Compiler Flags field was empty.

So is there some way to crank up the optimizations on a particular source file?

Thanks,

-Kirk
