Editing Styles

Am I missing something or is there a bug in the editing build styles sheet?

When I try to edit a build style ( more appropriately I want to duplicate one) I select 'Edit Build Styles' from the active style drop down list, the resulting list in the sheet is empty. Shouldn't it contain at least the default Development & Deployment build styles?
