Dear Nick:

I am not sure what you mean by command line. All I want to do is use the standard C lib and use calls such as printf().

Thanks Jesse

I am new to Xcode and I was wondering how can I write a simple main() procedure without using the Aqua Interface.

Have you tried using the "standard tool" project template that comes with Xcode?

And I'm assuming here that you're just trying to make a command line program, not make a program from the command line, right...?
