Do you mean I have to do a checkout on the CVSRoot in the
project-file-package? (I understand the project file is a folder.)

I did check out this folder to my local system as well, using MacCVS
Pro, but still the integration doesn't work. :-(
You have to Control-click on the .xcode project "file" and do "Show
Package
Contents", then add a dummy "CVS" in there with a "Repository" file
and a "Root"
file, with appropriate information.
