This is a dup of 3431476. It is already fixed and should work correctly in Xcode 1.1 whenever that goes out.

Hello,

I've filed rdar://3494212 with a gdb crash log, which occurs in Xcode 1.0.1 when displaying the actual character contents of a local std::string, and stepping into a function that accepts a reference (preferably const) to that string. This very same debugging sequence worked fine on Jaguar when debugging with ProjectBuilder 2.1.

Thanks,
Dario
