How to merge .jar files in xcode?

I am trying to get ReportMill working with WebObjects, and can't even build it. How do I add a .jar file to a project?

The ReportMill docs say I should NOT put it in /Library/Java/Extensions. They say I should add one to my classpath and merge the other one. I still ahven't worked out how to do either.

Any ideas?
