I'm using CodeWarrior 9 for making C++ Mach-O Carbon apps and I was thinking of switching to XCode instead of upgrading to CW 10 when it comes out. I'm not using PowerPlant or PPX so I'm not tied to CodeWarrior.

Any major drawbacks?

The editor is not up to Macintosh standards yet. Totally subjective, but I find compiles for C++ to be slightly slower than CW's especially when the files grow in size. I personally enjoy both Project Builder's and Xcode's notions of project management much more than CW's. There was a period of adjustment for this organizational factor, but after I cottoned on to it, I've found it to be very flexible for my purposes.

How about the quality of code the compiler makes (speed, size, bugs, etc.)?

I have no complaints in this area at all, but others with different goals, targets, experience, etc., might have detailed comments.

Also is there a way to compare folders and files?
