Well the xcode is a good spot however IB is a little more Cocoa related
then the other tools so asking on cocoa-dev
(http://www.lists.apple.com/mailman/listinfo/cocoa-dev) or macosx-dev
(http://www.omnigroup.com/mailman/listinfo/macosx-dev) may make sense.
If you are going to try the alternate lists avoid cross-posting.
