Xcode Tools 1.2 CD: CHUD package incorrectly reports version number

  • Subject: Xcode Tools 1.2 CD: CHUD package incorrectly reports version number

Just a heads up that there is a known bug in the packaging data for the
CHUD Tools that come with the Xcode Tools 1.2 CD.

The package data incorrectly lists the version as 3.0, but the actual
installed version is 3.5 (launch Shark to verify this). This also has
the unfortunate side effect that the CHUD Updater thinks you have 3.0
installed and will offer to upgrade to 3.5 (doing the upgrade will just
give you what you already have, so it's harmless, but definitely
annoying).
