Resource files and Copy Files phase

  • Subject: Resource files and Copy Files phase

I set up a Copy Files build phase to place some resource-fork files into my app bundle.

For legacy reasons, the files are not suffixed with .rsrc. I used the inspector for each file and chose "archive.rsrc" from the File Type menu.

While the files do get copied into my bundle, they end up being all zero length (resource fork stripped off).

Is there any mechanism to instruct Xcode to preserve the forks on these files?
