Did anyone else see that with XCode 1.2 ? I donwloaded some Darwin 7.3.0 sources (in this case, IOUSBFamily-208.4.5), opened the IOUSBFamily.pbproj project then tried to find a string in project (any search produces the result below) -> got an Uncaught Exception.

If this is the same exception I've hit internally when doing the same thing with the IOUSBFamily source (and I think it is), you should be able to work around this by taking the subprojects that are included in the project (sample code, I think, but I can't check at the moment) and opening them in Xcode, then closing them again, then reopening the IOUSBFamily project. Another option is to delete them from the project if you don't need them.

(This is <rdar://problem/3614389> for any other Apple folks who are curious.)

Hope this helps,
