Hiding Detail -- Follow-up Finds Bug

I'm desperately trying to figure this out. Noted this bug -- if you turn off ALL columns, you get a mess in the detail column header.

Also, the project window seems to have a unnecessarily large minimum width constraint on it (note I'm trying to hide the detail, so I don't need the width.)
