Well I made a folder of the ub-binned files (i.e. the parts) and then
opened the .dmg.
That mounts the disk image. Then you can do what you wish with the
contents.
The index.html is a good place to start.
I had previously DL'd the PDF's from the Apple site anyway and kept
them in a separate folder. Rather nice of Apple to put them all
together for us.
