Sure
Copy a existing template file set to
~/Library/Application\ Support/Apple/Developer\ Tools/Project\
Templates/Application/your_new_template_name_folder/
Put them in folder like Application ( see sample ) or Bundle e.t.c
You can see how they organized it in the original folder.
Btw when you open the template by Xcode to edit the files, it will (
depends of your pref settings ) create there a 'build' folder. Remove
this after you did save and close the files ( I close Xcode normaly ).
