Yes. You will have to specify the location of the subversion binaries
when you enable it.

The readme says yes. I had a helluva time getting the documentation to
work properly, but I can't tell if that was because of my configuration
or not. Be sure to use the script in /Developer/ADC Reference
Library/documentation/Java/scripts to unpack and index the Java
documentation.
3. Is the "agvtool" SVN aware?
Dunno.
