For new native targets, the Info.plist file information is now stored
in a separate file and the plist editor is not available outside the
old Project Builder target editor windows. If you want to edit the
plist in the "old-style" editor, just open the .plist file using 'Open
with Finder' (from the context menu). You can also change the plist
file type to always open with the Finder (which will use Property List
Editor), just go to the 'File Types' preference pane.
