Xcode 1.2 & 1.5 compatibility?

According to the docs. it seems that you're supposed to be able to mix
Xcode 1.2 & 1.5 in an organization, sharing project files. Is this
true, or will we need to schedule a simultaneous rollout of 1.5 also
this time?

There are a couple of new things in 1.5, like the ability to have a
copy phase in aggregate targets. If I were to add something like that,
I assume that everyone would need to run 1.5, right? Is there a list of
the features in 1.5 that make it incompatible with 1.2?
