Error fixing... Object '(null)' not found.

In Xcode 1.5, whenever I attempt a fix-and-continue, the debugger displays an alert

	Fix and Continue
Error fixing SourceFile.m. Object '(null)' not found.

... and the application proceeds as if the fix had not been installed. The build of the fix itself succeeds, and building the application with the changed code results in a working, debuggable application. Cleaning the application target doesn't help.

Can someone point me to a workaround? I suspect dumping all my files into an empty project and starting again would fix it, but I'm well past the point where that would be convenient.
