How to use class browser to browse classes defined in *.hh files?

Xcode cannot recognize .hh files as C++ header. Though I can specify each *.hh file as a C++ header, the classes defined in these kind files cannot be browsed with class browser. I have a large C++ project with almost all headers named as .hh . It's painful that I cannot use the class browser.
Can anybody give me a hand? Thanks a lot!
