Xcode 1.5 indexing bug

I upgraded to Xcode 1.5 over the weekend and my project I'm working
with keeps giving me the following error whenever I save certain
files.

Warning
An exception occurred while indexing "<project name here>": Unable to
delete reference record 817 for NotificationManager (4629)
This requires the index to be rebuilt.
--------------------
I've tried deleting the whole build directory to force a reindex but
that hasn't helped. Any ideas on how to stop this problem.
This is a Java project BTW.
