How to get rid IB warning about "pre-10.2 nib file format"?

Whenever I save my nib file, I get a warning from IB:
"This document is currently using a pre-10.2 nib file format. Saving
in this format will result in data loss for 1 of its objects. Clicking
the "Save in 10.2 Format" button will upgrade the format, however the
nib file will no longer be compatible with pre-10.2 versions of Mac OS
X."
I keep pushing the "save in 10.2 format" button, but this warning
reappears each time. I also tried a "save as" using the "10.2 and later
format" (in fact I believe it is already its format), but I can't get
rid of this annoying warning.
What should I do? I don't care at all about pre-10.2 (or even pre-10.3)
formats.
Also is that interesting to use the "text archive" format?
