Yes, this has been bothering me, too. And actually, I wanted to check, has anyone reported this to RADAR yet? I haven't yet because I haven't had the chance to thoroughly explore it and when exactly it occurs (though it seems to always occur), but I'll get to that soon if no one else has reported it yet...
