How to get set the extension and Icon in xcode 1.5?

Hi,
I am using XCode 1.5, but I have the 2002 edition of Hillegass. The
instructions on page 131 of how to set the extension and icon fall down
when he says
Choose "Edit Active Target" in the Project menu. Under the Application
Settings tab, choose Simple
There is no longer any such tab, and nothing that says Simple. Can
someone tell me where I should be looking for this sort of info?
