The files probably have the wrong format. I was using a .pblangspec I found on the net (for PHP) that was incompatible with XCode 1.5. I took the built-in file as a template and re-created the .pblangspec. Works now.

OK, I found the problem. It was in some files that I put in the /Library/Application Support/Apple/Developer Tools folder in a "Specifcations" folder that had some syntax colouring specifications in .pbfilespec, etc files. These seemed to work on Xcode 1.2, although there might have been other strange behaviour.

If adding new language and syntax specifications needs to be done another way with 1.5 can someone tell me what the new Xcode customization technique is, or what I might have wrong in these files (I can post them here if necessary)?

Thanks

Is anyone else having problems with Xcode 1.5? When I open any project,

Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening?

Couldn't open /Volumes/User/Users/ianjoyner/Development/XCode
