That's very interesting, but the keywords have the same color than
struct, class, int, ...
Is there another type of keyword than DocCommentKeywords, Keywords,
AltKeywords, PreprocessorKeywords to define my own keyword that i want
to differentiate from classical keywords ?

Instead of editing the system supplied "Built-in ..." file(s)
you can put your own version in:
$(HOME)/Library/Application Support/Apple/Developer
Tools/Specifications
Or in the local system wide location:
/Library/Application Support/Apple/Developer Tools/Specifications
Create the directory if it does not exist.
